Live Streaming is the next Live Verification.

Is live streaming going to be the next big thing again?

While watching a YouTube video about Twitch and where your time versus money should be going when you are a streamer, I got to thinking, in a world full of AI, agencies, and chatters, questioning who’s real and who is not is going to be more prominent going forward with all of the content creation. Live streaming is going to be the way that a lot of consumers feel safe going to certain creators and enjoying their content.

We know the age-old question, “Can you verify?” Knowing the dangers it can have to our businesses to live verify every single time someone asks, or the number of times you will get ghosted after live verifying. It’s not valuable to the creator to LV, but I can also see where an actual client is coming from, when they just want to check, the person behind the camera is the person they are talking to. Of course, like with anything, there are ways around that for those looking for that, and it’s so hard as sellers to decide if this is a true client, are they going to ghost and waste my time, or use your LV to catfish as you. This can be the same with people working with agencies and chatters and things like that, where when only fans first started, it was a way to connect with the creators themselves. So how has it moved so far away from that connection and built trust between the creator and consumer?

I still fully believe that, knowing your creator, knowing it’s them, builds a better bond, builds trust, and builds a connection, which is what a lot of people are looking for in this day and age. It’s not just the content, it’s who is in the content.

So why not make live streaming a thing again, or a bigger thing than it was! In my head, that’s a way that I can make money anytime I go on a live stream. I am taking tips. I am talking about customs. I’m doing things like that, but also, that gives a chance to see the creator in real time, in real action. This also gives you a chance in the economy we are in to budget your content but not lose its value. For me, I always make my live stream goals a little bit cheaper, just because I’m not personalizing it to each viewer, so it makes it more accessible to people who really want to consume your content, but maybe don’t have the budget for what you charge.

You should never charge less than what you think you are worth, but I do charge less when it’s not a personalized piece of content so now I’ve done two things: opened up my stream in my name to more people, and also proven like, hey the person behind the camera and the pictures is actually a real person there always still making money

That can be the same thing if you’re doing safe for work on Twitch as I do, where you say, more personable, you see more with enrich, you seem like a friend behind the screen. I love to play games I like or hang out with other spicy creator friends. As I mentioned before, you should always be looking for ways to 1. get more eyes on your content and 2. Insert your personality wherever you can. Live Streaming does both of these for you and works with the content you are already creating. Not to mention, with the use of editing tools, every stream can have a full VOD upload, highlights reel, and short clips for you to post during the week as standalone content or promo for your next stream!

So maybe take this chance and dip your toe into live streaming!
