What Is the New Series?

Creators spicy tea was founded on the belief that sharing education and information will help creators build better businesses to have louder voices when standing against harmful legislation and ignorance around us. It is why I spend six to 14 hours a day writing resources, doing in-depth research, and spending time one on one and out in the community with creators stepping in and answering any questions that I might have some knowledge on.

As we look at the world around us right now, in the wake of current legislation passing seemingly worldwide, and while facing a wall of rising negative public opinions, the ignorance of what adult content creation is seems to be leading to toxic intolerance. We Believe that the only way to combat that ignorance, therefore helping negate that intolerance, is to better educate the world around us on what adult content creation actually provides not only to the world, but how it has shaped and transformed us as individual creators and people.

I have said it a million times before but it applies in this situation as well. The wisdom of the crowd is always always going to be greater than the wisdom of any individual. And right now even more importantly, the voices of the crowd risen up together is going to sound louder then anyone individual could scream. In light of that train of thought

I want to start a series here where not only will I be sharing my stories about how sex work has helped healed me, but how sex work has helped the people I work with. How my clients have opened up to me and told me that I genuinely saved their lives at times. I’m going to be sharing my stories here to try and show what sex work and adult content creation actually is. It is not just fulfilling fantasy full sexual desires. It is about touching people’s souls and connecting on a human basis.

My stories however are nowhere near enough, nor is my voice ever going to be enough to convince the wave that is crashing around us. But that is why in this series, as often as we have submissions, I will be sharing creators voices and giving as much of a microphone to them as I can. We have put out posts across our platform saying we want to hear your voice. We asked to hear creators perspectives on how sex work has changed their life, and how they believe it has touched the lives of those around them.

My voice alone will not turn the tide. But maybe all of ours can? If we all are willing to speak Our Truth on what sex work actually is to us and what adult content creation actually means in our lives then maybe if we all raise our voices, we might be able to speak a little bit louder than those shouting ignorance and hate.

The rough topics we would love to see covered are (but not limited to nor required):

1) a brief background on why and or how you started in the industry.

2) how working in adult content creation has changed you as a person.

3) how working in adult content creation has changed your perspective of those around you and the world around you.

4) how working in adult content creation has helped you develop your boundaries if it has at all.

5) the skills you have learned or the strengths you have gained from working within this industry.

6) how this unfair legislation and intolerance is directly impacting you, be it with your business, your mental health, etc.

7) anything at all that you want to share to help spread knowledge understanding and tolerance of who we are and what we do.
