Highlighting the Reddit Fetish Community: Spreading Positivity

Thank you for considering contributing to this. The last few days or weeks I should say on Reddit have been wild and crazy and chaotic and it has been one thing coming after the other. From Shadowbans to subreddit take downs, we haven’t seemed to have been able to take a breath. So the Creators Spicy Tea and r/FetishSpicyTea team decided we want to take just a second to highlight each other (Okay to be super honest, the team doesn’t quite know about this as of writing, but ya know. We need to touch grass y’all!). I just want to highlight the good in our community in order help everyone, including myself, remember the reason we keep coming back here. Not because of Reddit or anything else, but because of each one of the members who make up the Reddit fetish community.

If a member of our community, buyer or seller, has in some way positively impacted you, whether that be long-term or short-term, we want to hear about it.

After a bit of having this up, we are going to write a huge long compilation of all of these. That way when things get gnarly like this, we can look back and remember the reason that we’re here together. To be human beings, with all our flaws and perfections together, and have some damn good fun. Please submit as many individual answers as you have members of the community to highlight. You can submit one you can submit 100. Please ensure that each submission is for one individual person, and that you do not submit more than one form response per individual you are highlighting.

We do need your Reddit username simply so that we know you are a Reddit account holder. If you do not want your name shared, totally get it, please click keep name anonymous. Please do not feel obligated to share the username of the person you are speaking of. If you do use someone’s name, please ensure you have consent from them first, or be damn sure they will be okay with it. Please also note that this is not a place for reports. We will only be sharing positive experiences together, and no action will come of reports made here. Final request I promise! Please try and keep things SFW as possible given the context. This will just help me be able to post that here safely, and protect this site. Which I love very much and work very very very hard on and don’t want to see it go down, so if a response is too sexual, it will likely not be able to be posted.

I will be adding the responses here as they come in yall!

I’ve been a client for about three years. It started when I found r/sexsells and opened the rabbithole of digital sexwork for me.

This isn’t me being dramatic when I say this: without sexwork, I probably would have checked out of life by now.

I don’t want to dive too much into the details, but I have a lot of mental issues and a limiting family situation. These complications have inhibited my development, and as a result, I simply don’t date normally. It’s an endeavor that I have a hard time even wanting to engage in.

I have had the honor and privilege of seeking services from SWers on Reddit, which has sometimes formed into sincere friendships. The boundaries between each other and our emotions were always upheld and respected, but outside of that, we were able to have positive emotional connections and social interactions.

I could write an entire book about how much those experiences have shaped me into becoming a better person. I learned so much insight about the difficulties of SWers, from terrible client stories, to unethical scams, and the overall phobia that people against it have towards the entirety of the business. This allowed me to develop a much stronger sense of empathy towards SWers, and helped shape my ability to be more empathetic to groups I have never been around, like the LGBT community. This stepping stone contributed to my viewpoints strengthening in a more considerate and well-established way, dismantling any of the bigotries I once had.

I’ve also bewn fortunate enough to receive emotional counsel from SWers, and there have been times where they were the last safety net I had to retaining my sanity. SWers deal with some of the heaviest emotional baggage of clients, the type of baggage other aspects of society are unwilling to tackle.

This is a secret I originally kept because I never wanted to deal with the consequences of coming out as a client, but I have always had the radical idea that Sexwork can act as a form of therapy for downtrodden men, and it is possible for both clients and providers to have a healthy relationship where both sides come out better as a result. I really can’t overstate how beneficial my experiences engaging with sexwork has been for me. Providers have saved my life.

Knowing what is happening to you guys angers me, and I feel I have an obligation to open up and speak out about it. I don’t know how much help I’ll be, but I hope I can provide at least some degree of comfort for those experiencing emotional turmoil, and maybe even open the door for conversation to those undecided or against sexwork to understand that it’s possible to engage in sexwork in a healthy and positive way.

This is to highlight u/Spectral_Chupacabra.

This is one of my best friends and long-term partners of my creator help platforms. The subreddit r/Creators_spicy_tea Would not exist without him. The podcast would not have existed without him. This whole website would not have existed without him. He gave me the encouragement, the confidence, and the support that I needed to truly believe in my own ability and value to the community. I would not be who I am now, and where I am now, had he not just popped into my DMs one day randomly. Now as partners sitting together throughout this journey through Reddit, I can still say that he is one of the biggest reasons I am still so in love with the industry. Because I see the passion and the fire that he has for everyone in the FBC and FWA and fetish Haven and fetish Playhouse families and it fuels mine. If he sees a creator struggling he jumps in and helps when he can. If he sees a buyer confused he jumps in and he helps. I know you’re reading this, so to you, I say thank you for being the example I needed to follow in my beginning.

I am so beyond grateful for the friends and family I have found here. Sometimes family is chosen and I have found a lot of chosen family within this community that I love beyond words and am so blessed to have in my life.

u/alleyrope – has been a friend, mentor and partner. She is my rock when times get hard and someone I consider family at this point. We both strive to make the community a better place and our friendship and love for each other has grown because of it. I appreciate her in ways I could never even begin to explain, but she deserves a huge shoutout for all she does for the community, and me personally

u/ASmolBeanBaby – my partner in crime and my reason for mischief. She is an amazingly kind person who hates compliments of any kind. I wont go on too long and embarrass her, but just know that she keeps me laughing and has been the reason I haven’t given up more times than I can count. Also she has great tits.

u/thelovelykacyy – sometimes it feels like we are the same person. We have such similar lives, interests and passions. She is an amazingly sensational person who loves to see others strive and helps them get there. I feel lucky to know such an entertaining, sweet and beautiful person.

I’d like to vote for Anna! She has been an immense help to me and was probably one of the first sellers I chatted to when joining Reddit. She is always ready to give valuable advice, support and is so knowledgeable in the nsfw world.

Shoutout to every buyer in the community who offers their genuine advice, opinion, help, explanations, and experiences. This communication with us sellers is genuinely invaluable and incredibly helpful. Another shoutout to everyone who has gone from buyer to client to genuine friend I cherish. I can think of far too many to begin listing usernames but thank you for being you. For being a part of my life, and thank you for helping me grow into who I am as a person ❤ T️hank you for every story you have shared, laugh we have shared, dark time we sat through together, and spicy adventure together.

I was fortunate enough to stumble across bitchtitts6969 profile on Reddit as I was searing for a long term GFE! Since the first message she’s been very respectful and kind, she’s always been willing to please! I approached her as I was quite lonely in my life and was seeking some companionship, since doing GFE with her I’ve always had someone to chat with and am truly appreciative of the impact she has had on my life. She’s made my days much more exciting and it helps that she’s an absolute stunner as well. I would highly recommend those looking for a true GFE to reach out to her and find out she can make a lasting impact to your life too

I’ve had an extremely great opportunity to film foot fetish content for a semi regular of mine. He is always polite, incredibly enthusiastic, and gives me immediate feedback on my videos! I always feel like a superstar when I film for him because of how much he praises me afterwards!!

There’s a Domme I love just chatting to. We both went through similar issues with our original accounts being shadowbanned. But she was always polite and gave me advice when I needed it and was generally super supportive. A buyer connected us two and I couldn’t have been more grateful.

There’s a buyer who is very active in the community that I just feel really good about messaging from time to time. He’s sweet, he’s real, and he tries to help out. A really outstanding community member.

Then there’s the one off unique fetishists who are really polite and very up front about what they want. I love them because I love catering experiences to their desires (which are mine). It’s all around a great time.

U/DiscreetAnnaUK has helped me and loads of others in the community. She introduced me to the platform from another selling site and I honestly wouldn’t have had any success without her. Plus her content is rockin!

To the Fetish Haven Moms – When I first started in the creator communities on Reddit I was only in platform-based creator communities. And the second I started being open there about direct selling and only selling on Reddit I was feeling ostracized and treated like less than. Finding your communities, and you beautiful amazing women, saved me. You made me want to be here. You made me feel like home. Thank you for being so kind, and helping me every step of the way.
